Students will be given a tour, meet with industry and interview employees of Northrop, and be exposed to different careers. The High School Involvement Partnership (HIP) mentoring program was created to inspire and prepare high school students for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) pathways to fill the future workforce need for diverse innovative leaders.
