All regular governing board meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise
noted, with the organizational meeting in December. All regular board meetings will normally convene at 5:00 p.m. in-person or virtually as required, unless otherwise noted, in the District Office Board Room, Centinela Valley Union High School District, located at 14901 Inglewood Avenue, Lawndale, California 90260 (exceptions will be noted
on posted agendas).

** Education Code §35143 requires that the annual organizational meeting be held within 15 calendar days of when elected member’s terms begin which was moved to the second Friday in December by A.B. 2449 (no later than December 26 ). This means that districts with November elections must hold their annual organizational meeting on or after the second Friday in December.
