During the visit, students will tour the facility and observe how an event venue is organized and operated. Students will gather information about event packages, pricing, contracts, logistics, staffing, safety procedures, setup and breakdown, and guest accommodations. Students will take notes, ask professional questions, and evaluate the venue using criteria established prior to the trip.
