Welcome!
The Centinela Valley Union High School District Nutrition Services Department is proud to provide healthy, satisfying meals to students every school day. Through participation in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP), and operating under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), all enrolled students may receive breakfast and lunch at no cost. Meal applications are not required.
Our team prepares meals that support student health, energy, and academic success. With a growing focus on scratch-made cooking and fresh ingredients, we are committed to serving meals that students genuinely enjoy while meeting the nutrition standards established by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Each year, Nutrition Services serves more than 1 million meals across the district, supporting students at our three comprehensive high schools, our continuation school, and our independent study school. Our cafeterias are an important part of the school day—fueling learning, supporting student well-being, and creating welcoming spaces where students can connect.
Our Mission
To nourish every student with wholesome, scratch-made meals that support learning, health, and well-being so students have the energy to succeed in school and beyond.
Our Vision
