NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Centinela Valley Union High School District  is inviting sealed Proposals from vendors for the following contract:

RFP NO. 002/2025-2026 CONSUMABLE AND DISTRIBUTION FOR NUTRITION SERVICES

Sealed RFP will be received no later than 2:00pm., on Friday, August 22 2025, and shall be submitted to Centinela Valley Union High School District, Purchasing Department at 14701 S. Inglewood Ave., Unit B, Hawthorne, CA 90250.  It is the Bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that their proposal is received prior to the scheduled time for receipt of proposals. In accordance with Governmental Code § 53068, any proposal received after the schedule closing time of proposal shall be returned to the Bidder Unopened

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and/or waive any irregularity in any Proposal received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful Proposer(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no Proposer may withdraw its Proposal for ninety (90) days after the date of the RFP opening.

Any requests for clarification or questions shall be made in writing and emailed to [email protected] no later than Monday August 11, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Questions received after that date and time will not receive a response.  Any attempt by a prospective proposer to communicate with any District person other than through the email address above shall disqualify that prospective proposer from submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Centinela Valley Union High District (hereinafter referred to as “District”), acting by and through its Board of Education, will receive up to, but not later than the above stated date and time, sealed Statement of Qualifications for the work generally described as:

RFQ NO. 004/2025-2026 ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Sealed RFQ will be received no later than 1:00pm., on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, and shall be submitted to Centinela Valley Union High School District, 14901 South Inglewood Avenue, Lawndale, California 90260 Attn: Dr. Daniel Urrutia, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services. Statement of Qualifications received after the due date and time will be returned unopened to the non-responsive bidder. Waiver of Irregularities. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Proposal or in the bidding. Inquiries and Clarifications.

The Bidder is advised that all inquiries or clarifications about the RFQ documents or specifications shall be submitted to the District in writing no later than September 3, 2025 by 4:00 PM. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] All questions must be submitted by the date and time indicated in the RFQ Schedule. District may respond to questions presented via addenda to this RFQ. FIRMS MUST NOT CONTACT ANY OTHER DISTRICT PERSONNEL DIRECTLY WITH INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS RFQ.

It is the Bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that their proposal is received prior to the scheduled time for receipt of proposals. In accordance with Governmental Code § 53068, any proposal received after the schedule closing time of proposal shall be returned to the Bidder Unopened.
