CVUHSD is happy to announce that we are opening a new system with ColbiSecureBids. This will allow suppliers and non-suppliers to self-serve and maintain their data with the district.

Here what you will need to complete to become an Approved Vendor for CVUHSD, please attach the following documents

Supplies/Non-Suppliers, a W-9
Vendors working with Students, a W-9 and Copy of Insurance (COI)

State Bid Limit

The California Department of Education annually adjusts the dollar threshold that triggers procurements that shall be competitively bid (Public Contract Code §20111). The threshold is applicable to equipment, materials, and supplies, services, and repairs related to maintenance not public work or construction service (Public Contract Code §20115 & 22002c). Effective January 1st of each year, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction will publish the annual increases for the bid threshold. Currently, the state threshold is $114,800
