Work Injuries
- If you've suffered a work injury and it's an emergency call 911.
- If this is not an emergency, please call the Company Nurse Injury Hotline at 1-877-806-9015, code CENTV, available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Then report incident to Elizabeth Franco in Risk Management at 310-263-3221, [email protected] or Betty Vicuna at 310-263-3216, [email protected].
- If nurse advises medical treatment, you will be directed to Bayside Medical Center located at 2301 West El Segundo Blvd., Hawthorne, CA 90250.
- Once you are released from the clinic, or if the nurse advises home treatment, please see Elizabeth Franco or Betty Vicuna in Risk Management at the District Office for the completion of appropriate forms as soon as possible.
